At OSTRES BCN, we share our passion for oysters with everyone who visits our bar at stalls 745–746 in Mercat de la Boqueria, Barcelona.
We work with a carefully curated selection of French and Galician oysters, chosen for their origin, freshness, flavour and texture. We take great care in their selection and storage to serve each oyster in the best possible condition.
We explain the origin of each variety, its nuances and differences in flavour, and help you choose the one that best suits your tastes. Whether it’s your first oyster or you’re already an enthusiast, we’ll be delighted to guide you.
